Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. You must have the original receipt and a refund will be promptly returned to you in your original payment method.

Here is more helpful information

  • If for some reason the wrong products was received or it was damaged please let us know immediately so we can help remedy the issue.
  • You must return the items in the original condition. That includes original tags and packaging.
  • We do not accept return of used items and reserve the right to a no-refund or partial refund upon inspection.
  • Please contact customer service first and an email will be sent to you with details for your return
  • Contact for returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have past, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  • Refunds include the original price minus shipping cost. The refund will not include return shipping cost.
  • You will receive a credit after we have received a refund and processed the return order. Because we ship to international locations processing time may vary. We promise to keep you informed during the process through email. Credit card orders can take up to one full billing cycle.
  • If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Exchanges  

In some cases, if the wrong size was ordered and the package is unopened, please contact customer service for a return form. If you do not have a return form please contact customer service for assistance at: contact@rollabag.com we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
